Today we live in a disposable culture , where devices stop working long before the actual life expectancy of such devices would led you to believe.

I build and design new stuff to help people to get (and keep) their retro computers up and running.

For a long time it looked there was no easy way to add a bootselector for the SMD amiga's without modifying your amiga and a the use of a soldering iron.

UPTO NOW , with this original design by me , it is possible to connect a Gotek on the external port and select the internal drive or the external Gotek as bootdrive (DF0:)
(Booting from en external drive thru the pre-bootmenu does not have the same functionality as a real DF0: bootdrive.

The interface consists of 2 parts , an internal interface between floppydrive and internal floppycable, and an internal part on the back of your amiga that connects to the Gotek floppydrive.
